Today, 16 Ashad is the last day to grave the dividend announced by Sagarmatha Insurance (SIC) to be distributed to the shareholders from the last financial year’s profit. Insurance is closing the book tomorrow 17 Ashad, 2078 for the purpose of the general meeting.
Accordingly, the existing shareholders who have traded in Nepse till today will be able to participate in the meeting of the insurance company and receive the dividend distributed by the insurance company.
Insurance has convened it’s 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashar 30, 2078 at its head office, Naxal, at 11 a.m. via video conference.
The meeting will pass a special resolution to distribute 11 percent bonus shares of the existing paid up capital. Similarly, for the purpose of distribution of bonus shares, it will also pass proposals to distribute 0.5789 percent cash dividend and appoint an auditor.
