Narayani Development Bank has sought permission to sell 100% of its shares. The bank has sought permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue 1.312 million 338 shares in the ratio of 1: 1. It has sought permission to sell the rights at the rate of Rs 100 per unit. Global IME Capital will act as the sales manager.
The bank had sought permission from the central bank for the right shares in the ratio of 1: 2. However, the central bank has given permission to issue the right shares in the ratio of 1: 1 and proceeded accordingly. Earlier, the bank had issued 100% of its shares from January 29 to March 15.
