  • Green chilies and serrano peppers (9–11, cut in half)
  • Half a cup of raw black mustard powder
  • Powdered turmeric (half a table spoon)
  • Season with salt (to taste).
  • Two table spoons of red chili powder
  • One cup of oil

Instructions:

  1. Sprinkle about three table spoons of salt over the sliced radishes. After thoroughly mixing, set aside for one hour.
  2. You’ll notice extra water escaping the mixture after an hour. Delete the extra water.
  3. This time, add a small amount of salt—roughly half a table spoon. Add all of the other previously listed ingredients as well.
  4. Once well combined, begin bottling. The mixture ought to fit snugly inside the bottle. There ought to be no space. As a result, firmly press the mixture into the bottle.
  5. After bottling, leave the bottle in the sun or anywhere in the kitchen for a period of two weeks. It’s simply sitting on my dining table.
