Homemade Pasta Recipe:
If you talk about outside and fastfood, nowadays everyone likes to eat pasta. Despite being an Italian cuisine, food has become a favorite. Anytime you are alone reception and feel hungry, you will additionally build pasta with an easy recipe. And totally homemade pasta.
How to make Pasta Recipe:
It is very easy to make .we need wheat flour and make dough of it. Now with the help of flat circular rolling board ( chakla belan) make chapatti in circular shape and again cut in small circular piece with the help of cutter (small bowl).Lates give one shape of pasta.
Take one pan and put water and put pinch of salt ,boil it properly 2min then put homemade paste in it.Now turn off gas otherwise it may become masy. After 2min take out pasta from water and sift it in plate.
Ingredients for making pasta:
Garlic, bay leaf, salt and tomato are needed to make it. it is prepared by adding tomatoes to the sauce then boiling it.
How to Serve Pasta:
You can eat Pasta as breakfast in the morning or as a snack in the evening. While serving the pasta, garnish it with mozzarella cheese. Ingredients of red sauce pasta
- To prepare the sauce:
5-6 tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 onion
2 Green chilly(chopped)
1 bay leaves
1/2 tsp sugar
4-5 Baijal Leaves
1 tbsp onion, chopped into pieces
1/2 tbsp garlic, sliced
½ tbsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil
Pasta Mode
For the sauce:
1.Add tomatoes in a pan and cook.
2. Add garlic, onion and bay leaves to it.
3. Add sugar and mix.
4. Cover the pan and let the tomatoes come to a boil.
5. Make it puree and grind it to puree.
Directions:
1. Heat oil in another pan, add onion and garlic.
2. Then add the prepared puree and mix in it.
3. Cook it till it is not half past, after that add the leaves of Baijal.
4. Add boiled Pasta in it.
5. Add salt as per your taste and garam masala.
6. And mix it well . Your pasta is ready.
Serve it in one bowl.
