Carrots -Half a kilo (grated) Raisins -12 grams
Cashews -1 cup
Green cardamoms -2 Almonds – 10-15 Milk -1lit Sugar/Honey
Method of making carrot pudding/Kheer
To make it, first wash the carrots thoroughly and grate them. Now heat desi ghee in an ax and cover it with grated carrot and sugar. When covering the carrots and sugar, remember to slow down the gas. Now after 1 to 2 minutes remove the plate, mix the carrots and sugar well and cook for 2 to 5 minutes. Now add milk in it and after adding milk, cook it on low flame for about 20 minutes
