Egg Paneer Recipe/Paneer Style Anda Curry

It was a saturday afternoon I just wants to make something different. Yet tasty and simple too.. And decided to make Anda paneer curry  for a spicy dish .

This egg  paneer curry is very easy to make and as well as yummy and delicious dish. we need to bake egg.  This dish is egg cheese. Paneer in which milk-based cheese is not used. It is such an egg dish that gives a slight taste of cheese. Here is the Egg-Paneer Recipe. This recipe is for 4 people. As the person grows, you can increase the content in the same proportion-

Ingredients

  1. Eggs – 8
  2. Grams of onion – 250
  3. Small garlic – 1
  4. Small ginger – 1
  5. Large tomatoes – 2
  6. Bay leaf -1
  7. one and a half teaspoons of bitter oil
  8. salt according to taste
  9. half a teaspoon of turmeric
  10. Half a teaspoon of chilli
  11. 50 grams of cream or cream
  12. two teaspoon of coriander
  13. one teaspoon of garam masala.

Preparation-

First of all, break the eggs in a bowl and whisk well after adding half a teaspoon of salt.

2 . Beat egg properly in bowl and put it in the cake tin to bake upto 20-30 min

3 . After1hr min take  out from cake tin then cut it in cube shape .

4 . On the other hand grind the onion, garlic and ginger in the mixer grinder. Make tomato puree.

5 . And  needed some Dry spices coriander powder,Red chilly powder, pinch of turmaric, garam masala

Method-

How to cook Egg Paneer curry

1. Apply oil inside the airtight compartment of a steel. Add the whipped egg to it and close it well, so that the egg does not come out. Take water in a vessel and place the container under water. Keep the large pan on the gas for 30 minutes.

2.  And Take out the container after half an hour and let it cool down. When cold, take out the eggs in the shape of the box. Cut it into small square pieces like cheese and keep aside.

3. Now heat oil in a pan and add ground onion-garlic-ginger paste to it. Keep roasting the paste until it becomes ruddy. Now add salt, ground coriander, chilli, turmeric and garam masala. Once the masala is red, add tomato puree and fry it for 10 minutes.

4. Now add cream / cream. After cooking for 10 minutes, add the paneer pieces of egg in it. After cooking for 15 minutes.

5 . Hot and spicy egg paneer curry is ready . Garnish with coriander leaves and you can serve it for food.

And it is perfect combination . we also had it with roti or rice for dinner..
