5. Dry meat: First of all, add yoghurt, a tablespoon of mustard oil, turmeric, salt and yoghurt to the meat and keep it for about two hours, heat the oil in a pan, add roasted ginger and garlic and fry for a while, add the minced meat and stir for a while.
Now reduce the heat and cook for about half an hour or until the meat is tender. When the meat is cooked and dry.
